<b>Special abilities:</b> (He has three in particular to note: amaterasu, susano'o, and his mangekyou sharingan. Amaterasu calls black flame that can't be extinguished unless Sasuke extinguishes it himself or it consumes its target. Susano'o is an absolute defense in the form of a skeletal projection of chakra that shields him from all physical blows. The mangekyou sharingan allows him to see chakra, and possibly other kinds of energy; it also gives him excellent perception and the ability to copy and use other peoples' techniques. Is there a reason any of these won't work on your character, or would you rather they didn't come up? Please specify here.)

Einmal power-nerfing: Back to pre-genin levels. His mangekyou, along with almost all of his chakra control, is gone. He still has his muscles and build and training, still remembers all the seals and how it should feel, but he can't actually do it. He is frustrated and likely to be moody and snappy if you mention this. He can, however, spontaneously set things on fire according to his mood, and is quickly figuring out that the small fireball he's able to produce can be used as ignition if he places combustibles accordingly. This means that the above notes on his powers are null and void! He can still see very well due to the sharingan, but not nearly to the degree that the mangekyou gives him. Specifics on that can be discussed here or on plurk, if you wanna!

Violence/discussion thereof: Sure but it should be noted Vincent can only really be killed by cast-mates that have access to a certain power that only exists in canon. He can be seriously injured but nearly impossible to kill.
Foul language: Until he's blue in the face.
Sexual contact: Vincent would only have sex to benefit himself in some way, so if Sasuke is of age and that's the case, yes.
Nonsexual romantic contact: Pretty much anything is, and he will probably reciprocate it.
Non-romantic friendly contact: I think anything is fine but expect IC consequences as Vincent is territorial about his personal space.
Special abilities: As much as I think it e interesting to see Sasuke mirror Vincent's abilities he doesn't really use a "technique" as much as borrow the power of another creature. You can look at his app and decide for yourself if it counts by your canon's standards. And I am perfectly fine if it does.

Re special abilities, what Sasuke's actually seeing/copying is the flow of chakra through the user's body--so while I think he'd be able to tell that Vincent was borrowing power, I don't think he could copy it himself (and might not want to--he doesn't copy all that much, and when he does, he usually adapts it to something unrecognizable and unique).

Well as Vincent tries to keep his Chains on the down-low it'll give Sasuke more of an advantage against him knowing they're even there at least. So feel free to that.
